The sidebar, top to bottom

• Dashboard - your home page: today's conversations, bookings and anything that needs you.
• Calendar - every booking in one place, plus your opening hours and booking rules.
• Documents - contracts and agreements, powered by Agreeon.
• Your industry - tabs made for your type of business (for example Listings and Viewings for estate agents).
• Respond Agents - the channels your AI agent answers on: WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Work email and Phone Calls.
• Services - your website, apps, content creation, and Workflows (Products & Services, Active, Marketplace, Custom Solutions, Integrations).
• Support - your direct line to your Joiin account manager.
• Billing - Invoices, Renewals and Quotes.

Handy shortcuts

• Press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl K (Windows) to search the whole dashboard.
• The account menu (your logo or business name) has Settings, Chat with support and Log out.
• The moon/sun button switches between light and dark mode.
