Signing in to your dashboard

Sign in

1. Go to joiin.co.za/login (or open dashboard.joiin.co.za).
2. Enter the email address your account was set up with.
3. We email you a 6-digit code. Type it in and you're in.

The code works once and expires after a short while. If it has expired, just ask for a new one.

Didn't get the code?

• Check your spam or promotions folder.
• Make sure you typed the same email address your account uses.
• Wait a minute before asking for another code - asking many times in a row can delay delivery.

Signing out

Open the account menu and choose Log out. On a shared computer, always log out when you're done.
