Setting your booking hours and rules
Choose when customers can book, notice periods and days off.
Your hours and rules apply to both your booking page and your WhatsApp assistant. You can still book anyone at any free time yourself from the dashboard.
Weekly hours
- Go to Calendar and open your hours.
- For each day, set when you're open, or mark it closed.
- Need a lunch break? Add another range to split the day.
- Use Copy to open days to copy one day's hours to all your open days.
Booking rules
- Minimum notice - how far ahead a booking must be made (for example 2 hours).
- Bookable up to - how far into the future customers can book (for example 60 days).
Days off and special hours
Under Days off & special hours, add public holidays, leave, or a day with different hours. Choose Closed all day or Different hours.
Not set any hours yet? Bookings use sensible default weekday hours until you do.
