Sending a broadcast

Broadcasts send one approved template to a list of customers - great for promotions, reminders and announcements.

1. Create and get a template approved.
2. Open the broadcast panel and choose the template.
3. Pick who receives it.
4. Send now or schedule it.

If you see Waiting on Meta's approval before this can be sent, your template isn't approved yet - the broadcast will be ready as soon as it is.

Be a good sender

• Only message people who have chatted with you or agreed to hear from you.
• Don't send too often. Customers who block or report you can get your number limited by WhatsApp.
