Instagram and Facebook Messenger
Let your agent answer DMs on Instagram and Messenger too.
Your agent can reply to Instagram direct messages and Facebook Messenger chats the same way it handles WhatsApp.
Connect
- Go to Respond Agents → Instagram (or Messenger).
- Click connect and sign in with the Facebook account that manages your Page or Instagram profile.
- Choose the Page / Instagram account and allow messaging permissions.
Good to know
- Your Instagram account must be a professional (business or creator) account linked to a Facebook Page.
- The agent uses the same products, prices and hours as on WhatsApp, so answers stay consistent.
- You can read and reply to these chats from the dashboard as well.
