Editing your WhatsApp Business profile
The name card customers see when they open your chat.
Your profile is what customers see on WhatsApp when they tap your business name.
- Go to Respond Agents → WhatsApp and open WhatsApp Business Profile.
- Update any of:
- Photo - usually your logo, square works best.
- About - a short status line under your business name.
- Description - what you do, in a sentence or two.
- Category - the kind of business you are.
- Address, Email and Website.
- Save. Changes show on WhatsApp within a few minutes.
Keep your email and website current - customers use them to check you're legitimate.
