Using the Marketplace
Switch on ready-made workflows like reminders, invoices and follow-ups.
The Marketplace (Services → Workflows → Marketplace) has ready-made workflows - capabilities you can add to your agent, such as booking reminders, feedback requests, lead screening or sending invoices.
Add a workflow
- Browse by category or search.
- Open a workflow to see what it does and what it costs.
- Click to add it and fill in any settings it asks for.
Workflows you've switched on appear under Active.
Every workflow needs your WhatsApp Business number connected to actually go live.
