Adding your products and services

Go to Services → Workflows → Products & Services.

Add an item

1. Click to add a product or service.
2. Enter its name, price and a brief description - what's included.
3. Save.

Tips for great answers

• Write descriptions the way you'd explain it to a customer.
• Include what's not included if people often ask.
• Remove or deactivate items you no longer offer - the agent stops offering them straight away.
