The Support tab in your sidebar is your direct line to your Joiin account manager.
Send a message
Type a message and send - a real person replies, usually within business hours. You'll see the reply right in the Support tab.
Quick actions
- Schedule a call - share times that work for you.
- Request a change - to your agent, website or workflows.
- Workshops - ask about the next seminar or workshop.
Your journey
The Support tab also shows your timeline - what we've set up and when - and, on some plans, the hours used this month.
