In your dashboard, open the account menu and choose Chat with support. A chat window opens - we see who you are, so you don't need to explain your account.
On joiin.co.za, use the chat bubble in the corner.
Email support@joiin.co.za any time. Include your business name and, if it's about a problem, what you were doing and a screenshot.
