Agent usage and buying credits

Joiin is priced per AI agent, with a monthly plan for each agent. Some activity - like extra conversations beyond your plan - uses credits.

Check your usage

Open the Usage card on your Dashboard to see how much each agent has used this month.

Buy credits

1. Click Buy credits.
2. Enter the amount in Rand (minimum R100).
3. Pay by card - secure card payment by Peach Payments.

Credits are added to your account as soon as the payment goes through.

If an agent shows This agent isn't set up yet, contact Support to finish its setup.
