Where to see viewings
Open your Viewings tab (or Calendar). Use the calendar view for day by day, or the list view to see all listings at once.
Viewing hours per listing
Open a listing to set which days it's open for viewings, the hours each day, how far ahead people can book and how much notice you need.
No hours set yet? Viewings default to Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm until you change them.
Customers book and cancel on WhatsApp
They tap a time to book, and tell the agent if they need to cancel - you're notified either way.
Leads
The Leads tab shows people who've enquired, so your agents can follow up.
